TREATMENTS

Over 18s ONLY for all aesthetics treatments Over 16s ONLY for all lash treatments (You will be asked to provide ID on arrival and no refunds will be made if you fail to provide this or this shows you are not a minimum of 18 years of age)

 

DEPOSITS

A deposit of 20% of your treatment value will need to be paid to secure any appointment. Deposits are non refundable under any circumstances but you can move your deposit to a new appointment if a minimum of 48hrs notice is given. If any bookings are cancelled between 24 – 48 hours of your appointment your card will be charged 50% of your remaining balance. If you cancel your appointment on the day or no show to your appointment your card will be charged 100% of the balance. 

 

TRAINING

You must be 18+ to take any of our aesthetics training courses You must be 16+ to take any of our eyelash training courses All in person training courses can be secured with a deposit and your final balance must be paid at-least 7days before your first training day begins (Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances) All online training courses must be paid in full at the time of purchasing, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once you have purchased your online course. 

 

TERMS

Please come to your appointment alone, insurance will not cover us to have children or plus one’s in the clinic. If you are more than 10minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. If you need a top up for any botulinum toxin treatments your top up must be taken no sooner than 14days and no later than 28days later! This is because of the nature of the procedure and your body's response to the doses. If further time has elapsed you will be advised to wait until your next treatment interval, no less than 12 weeks after your first appointment.
